This one 6 square mile district produced more shooting victims than 10 cities that made the list for the highest number of shooting victims per 100k residents, and if the two districts, one directly to the west and the other directly to the south are included, the area saw more shooting victims than any city in America for 2016.

The reality is all that is is an excuse. And 5 square miles is a lot for 15,000 people. It's actually 70,474 people in a 6 square mile area for the 11th district that recorded 597 shooting victims and 94 homicides. Also the south is densely populated too, y'all just got a lot of land that's not being used for residential living.
