Surprised

Post by Ancient » July 22nd, 2017, 3:36 pm

Being on the Northwest side alot lately, i've noticed the puerto rican, dominican, and cuban communities have changed alot! Im riding up California, down Kedzie, and i c white folks jogging! Strips like Wabansia, Shubert, Dickens, Monticello. I seen one MLD on Fully and Rockwell early in the morning and he looked lost asf. What the f*ck is going on? Gentrification of an area is one thing but these people literally erased a area that was historical for PR families. I stopped at the Burger King on Division(24 hour joint) u can hear a pin fall. This is right across from the actual Humbolt Park :ohhh: :ohhh: 2:00am in the morning, during summer, that quiet? Damn!

Yeah I work Uber now so I see all these hoods everyday including hp and yeah hp got hit hard. It's still mobs in the area but it's more low key now. A lot of them is moving to west Humboldt.

I wouldnt say cobras got hit the hardest. they did get hit but mlds by far got hit the hardest. sh*t they used to have 15,0000 in the city alone and now they got maybe 5000. Next hardest hit was us then them oas. Them oas basically ruled logan square til gentrification hit. Now they got 4 blocks. But ay Ancient......it really depends where you go in hp or anywhere on the nws side. Its still plenty of hoods out bangin hard. Them spanish cobras are ALWAYS out deep on division & maplewood after like 6:00 and them haddon & washtenaw snakes are too. Belden IGs still out bangjng hard wvery day. As much as I hate them f*cks them mks is holding it down too. Monkland mlds always out. Murdertown mlds always out. So it just depend on where you at.

:lmao: Humboldt is done, them mobs not hanging out like that, but the MLDs did get hit the hardest. Logan has no chance unless the OAs opening up a yoga studio, the whole strip on Milwaukee is yuppied out. They got that furious spoon on Fully and Milwaukee and they knocked down that hole in the wall bar next to it, now its a hipster bar called Deadbolt

HP aint done yet. The east side of the park been getting soft but its a different story on the west side. Kings are still holding it down. Yaks still thick at GC. IG'z still holding it off North Ave. But I cant say the same about most areas in LS, especially on the east side. OA's at Darwin and even Schubert hanging by a thread. Belden/Drake barely sh*t compared to what it was. YLOD's aint out off Hamlin no more. But them yaks still out off Pulaski, and Koz Park aint sh*t to snooze on. I don't remember the last time I seen a BC King either.
