For all you gangsta critics who come on here and represent the valley like it is south centrals black counterpart really make me laugh. I grew up in the valley and my family came form Ladera heights, Inglewood, Watts, Compton, and before that Shreveport Louisiana. After going to highschool out here in the early 90's i've seen a big change in Gang culture amongst the black community. Back then the valley had more presures from tha LA G'z! Most of the valley gangs had to be out in the street to fight for turf control and power. Back then the mexicans were a lot less in numbers! So the black gangs had a chance. Ever since 2001 all things changed. The mexicans took over & the tha brotha's were left with nuthin! Now a days all these gangs are in the house! CBG or CBFG are not the only ones who make no noise in tha street. Infact you can add every black gang including Pacoima to the list of tha in house bangers as many would like to call them. For all who are wondering. CBG is click that strarted in Northridge/Granada hills. The DEG'z chased them out of there and now they claim Encino/Van nuys! LOL. They are a bunch of young idiots with nuthing else to do but write on walls and youtube bang! Back in my day there was no internet or wshh so puting in work on the internet didnt exist. No Mr Hemp or wut eva u call ure self! I joined this site to keep track of wut is going on in the streets of this great city I love! With 2 nephews of mine bangin out here like idiots and 2 sons who just started middleschool, it would be nice to keep communication with other people like yourself who seem to know whats going on out here. My brothers oldest son was killed in a drive buy at a party in Canoga park 4 years ago! Back when the black and mexican conflict was gettin out of control. I was working in Miami for Ratheon at the time so I had no idea wut happened and i had nobody to talk to about the incident! Since these cops out here never know a damn thing! Acouple of months before that the CPA's killed a young black kid who was deaf walking down owensmouth. So u see why these stories you blog about concern me. I mean no disrespect what so ever. My fathers family comes from shreveport! My Big mama went to Linewood Baptist Church. My Gramps came from Baton Rouge. I lived in Pampono Florida but I always took time to drive up once a month to see my Granny before she passed last year. I miss the southern hospitality and the cooking! LA's creole spots like Harrold and Bells and La Louisiana will never top the Sunday dinners i Had at GMoms!. My heart will always be in Shreveport! The good news is my best friends son was recently relocated to Highland Park for work. So my buddy Jeff and I plan to go and visit him for thanksgiving! Can't wait to taste some real Jambalaya again! These guys are a little clique! My sister works as a school counceler at granada hills high. She told me about 5 years ago she had to transfer one of these kids out of her school becuz too many people like tha DEG's was comin everyday at 3oclock lookin to beat the red off of him lol!
