The 89 Neighborhood Family Bloods was a spin off from Inglewood Family back in the days. They set up shop on the east side between Main St. and Central Ave. The Mad Swan Bloods was basically in that area already so sometime during the early 80's those two hoods formed an alliance known as the Family Swan Bloods.....yeah they got ties to IF.

how did 89th street and inglewood family hook up for an alliance? especially, all the way back in the late 70's/early 80's when 89th street first started? those hoods are nowhere near each other. back in those days gangs didn't go outside of their immediate area unless it was to fight a rival gang.
