Five-Deuce (52) Oriental Bloods/Boyz
- Cambodians
- born out of breaking up with the Five-Deuce Pueblo Bloods possibly 1987-1992. This Black Blood set is one of the top 20 most active and violent gangs in Los Angeles (city-wide) today
- HQ in the Pueblo Del Rio project (at the eastern part of South Central Los Angeles, CA), the same public housing project that they share with the Blacks and the local Blood gang there that were once their allies - the Five-Deuce Pueblo Bloods
- story has it that when some of the Cambodian refugees were first imported to the Pueblo Del Rio project in South Central Los Angeles. The Blacks at the project picked on them and started fights with them, causing conflicts between the Cambodians and the Blacks. The conflict escalated and the Cambodians out-gunned the Blacks with smuggled AK-47/50s. The locals found themselves out gunned in their own hood. With this being the result, the Blacks werethoroughly impressed and made a peace treaty/deal with the Cambodian Gangsters in which the Cambodians would supply the Black Bloods with guns while the Cambodians were officially given membership to their Blood set as well as access to crack/cocaine. Later on, because the Blacks were using the Cambodians to do most of the dirty work constantly and often-times didn't back up the Cambodians in their own feuds, the Cambodians formed their own set - the Five-Deuce Oriental Bloods/Boyz.
- the Oriental Bloods/Boyz seem to be living in peace/uniscon with the local Black Bloods in the project which suggests that the Oriental Bloods aren't enemies with the local Black Bloods
- this Cambodian Blood set doesn't seem to be very active right now. However, their numbers suggest in the low 100's of local members along with branched out sets in Nevada, Washington, and the Midwest. Even though they were definitely active in the past. "They had racked up quite a lengthy assault and firearm charges along with murders over the past twenty years" said long time LAPD gang squad detective Alan Schmidt.
- No-known rivals ---- possibly rivals of nearby Mexican/Hispanic/Latino gang sets like those from 18th St., Florencia 13, MS-13, etc. or any set that currently has a greenlight on all Asians (the East Side Longos from Central-North Long Beach, for example) and possibly black Crip sets as well.
