What's the first Blood set on the east? Im not talking about Jersey or NYC or Florida. I'm talking about the east coast, from DC on up.

Being that the shit had to travel from west to east I would guess either western Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh area) or western NY (Buffalo Area) since Blooding and Cripping got to the midwest first and them areas is geographically/culturally midwest but technically east coast. My second guess would be New England (Boston area) because of all Cambodians.
