You crazy as hell nigga. I got people that live out there and if your in Hanover Park on the North side of Hanover near Irving Park shit be crazy over there. There are some Albany Park Moe's out there and them niggas get it in. There also be some older Yack's and Snakes from Fullerton and HP out there who still handle they business. Now if you go to the south side of Hanover Park, near Army Trail rd it be sweet as hell over there, big ass cribs and shit.
