Tell them the cop was lying and that you would like photographic evidence from the arrest that you weren't wearing it. Claim it was all "hearsay" and that you intend to appeal and/or get continuances.

Do you have the cops name? Find out when/if he fucked up and bring that into light. Break down his reputation and let the judge know he cannot be trusted and is dishonest.

U could say u were wearing it. I remember back in 06, a fuckin state trooper pulled me over on route 53 by the prison and she said I wasnt wearing my seat belt and i had it on the whole time!!
