Are you seriously telling me the Cobras took Rockwell and Potomac from the Maniacs? I find that hard to believe. Unless it was mostly do to police presence. Cobras was getting beatdown by the maniacs for the last 7 years. My Guy is a ISC and he even admitted the maniacs were giving it to them. This was in 09 2010 though.

Yep they really took it, my cousin Lil CK is one of the newer shorties they put down in 06 and he doesn't even claim Rockwell & Potomac, he claims Potomac & Washtenaw and he even got that shit tatted, but that mostly had to do with CPD locking them up and weakening that area so they had to hang out somewhere else..but y'all don't get me wrong this discussion was only IGs vs. Cobras, i wasn't belittling the MLDs in any way lol.
