The indictment alleges that the 21 defendants were members or associates of the Walnut Gangster Crips street gang who conspired with each other and four unindicted co-conspirators to possess with intent to distribute more than 30 kilograms of cocaine, multiple kilograms of cocaine powder and over 1,000 tablets of ecstasy. According to the indictment, one of the purposes of the membership and association with the Walnut Gangster Crips and other street gangs was to facilitate their drug trafficking activity by providing a network to distribute the drugs.

The indictment further alleges that the Walnut Gangster Crips associated themselves with several defendants who acquired the cocaine powder in Los Angeles to manufacture the crack for re- distribution in the Oklahoma City area. The indictment alleges that Jimm’s Used Tires was used primarily as a front for the drug dealing activities of this organization and that cocaine powder and crack was stored, concealed or manufactured at 11 other locations identified in the indictment. The indictment seeks the forfeiture of various firearms, ammunition, over $15,000 in cash and real property.
