Biggie was lyrical Pac wasn't but pac rapped from the soul, they both gave us songs and music we needed to hear.

Pac was on his activist shit when he rapped he tried to make niggas aware, one of the things I loved most about Pac was his work ethic, that man put down so many tracks in such a short amount of time especially living a hectic ass life as he did.
