Not hard at all to make your own lil gang or expand your gang in Mexico, you got to a city or town, where gang banging is not very common, there's always going to be youngins gathering and kicking back on a certain street or corner, not banging, just chilling, then along comes some dude or a few dudes from the U.S. who got deported or fled to avoid the law, he tell the kids around his neighborhood his stories about banging in the Chi, or any U.S. City, they like what they hear, and they decide to form a gang, and there's plenty of areas in Big Cities, and medium/small sized cities and town that have no real gangs just mobs of kids from the same hood kicking it, that's where you can make your lil gang.

But of coarse there are cities, like Tijuana, and many other cities, where there have been active gangs for years, I know areas in Tijuana where each Gang, has it's own street, not blocks, just one street, that can run for 1 mile or more, so if you live in a certain street, even if you don't bang, you have to be careful where you are, because the enemy gang or gangs are from the next street, and if they catch you, they will ask what street you're from, or will just beat you ass, and run you out the the street, kids as young as 7, 8, 9 take part on this, when they grow up, they kick it at their main spot like 20, 30, or 40 deep, and walk up and down the street, and with very little cops, there's nothing stopping them unless enemy gangs come through, they will rarely use guns, it's mostly bats, 2x4, metal pipes, 12 inch knives, kitchen knifes, hammers any type of weapon you can think of even nunchucks, and some know how to use them better than Bruce Lee , I remember they use to go at it 40 vs 40, they had some crazy battles. So trying to make a gang in those type of cities is not a good idea, probably won't last or grow. Better to start a gang where there's 0 opposition in a small town or city.
