my take on the whole zone 6 thing is, i think that claiming zone 6 got big only recently because of rap music. dekalb co. already was one of the highest crime areas in metro atl. and most of dekalb's murders happen outside zone 6 jurisdiction in the suburbs and unincorporated areas. just because its not in a zone doesnt mean theres nothing happening there.
