L.a is a pretty bad city too, but violent crime wise, Oakland is number one in Cali. There's alot of cities that's worst than Compton tho. Stockton is worse than la. Vernon is up there too. In my opinion, hoods everywhere are the same. No hood is harder than the other. The only niggas that think that shit are little kids and niggas who ain't never been nowhere. You could be that nigga on your block, but you ain't shit on the next.

The problem is that people compare the crime rates for entire cities. Oakland may be the worst city in Cali overall. However, hella people don't know that San Francisco has a higher murder rate for Blacks than Oakland.

Also, Frisco has some of the worst projects in America in Sunnydale, Hunter's Point and Potrero Hill. The city of Oakland stays rebuilding the jects in their city. Acorn looks like a regular ass apartment complex. Sunnydale and Oakdale are hella run-down with boarded up windows and pools of shit and piss pouring out in the fields nearby.

What makes Oakland worse than Frisco and L.A. is that Frisco and L.A. have a lot of safe and rich areas. Most of Oakland is ghetto. Historically speaking, the southern half or Frisco is just as bad as anywhere in East or West Oakland.
