Notice they almost never contribute a sound economic revival plan for the nations though.

Remember back in the 70s & 80s it was us African Americans that were this countries "charity case" with with programs like the Salvation army & the Red cross that would come to our neighborhoods and hand out turkeys during thanksgiving & christmas every year, and then go back to their normal lives. This opened the doors of trust for their large corporations to move in, and take large amounts of our dollars from the community and put it in their pockets. And they've successfully done that for the past 50 years, so our purpose for them is now served, and they can move on to bigger things, international. Which is what you'll be hearing about a lot now.
